About SGA

At Sizemore Gymnastics Academy, our mission is to cultivate a safe, inclusive, and inspiring gymnastics environment where athletes of all ages and levels discover their full potential—physically, mentally, and personally. Through expert coaching, character-driven programming, and a heart of community, we empower kids and adults to build resilience, confidence, integrity, and lifelong fitness. We strive to make every leap, flip, and tumble a step toward stronger bodies, sharper minds, and deeper connections.

Champion Athletes aren't just born- they're selected, trained, molded, and tested. Sizemore Gymnastics Academy was established in 2022 by head coach Jessi Sizemore. Jessi was trained by many great coaches that helped grow her passion and knowledge for the sport.
